In the research wiki
This chapter has not been written yet. Until it is, the research wiki carries what has been recorded about this work:
- Video to WSI — the project’s pointer page: upload a recording, get a mosaic.
- Video-Based WSI Mosaicing — the method — frame selection, registration and calibration — and why a mosaic without microns-per-pixel is a picture rather than a measurement.
- DIY WSI — the other half of the pair: live camera capture and real-time stitching, which converged independently on the same registration model.
- Whole Slide Imaging — what a scanner produces, and therefore what a mosaic has to match to be usable downstream.
